Know the difference! 🔍 Macronutrients are the ones that you need in large amounts and provide you with energy via calories (like protein for muscle and fats and carbs for brain function and energy. Micronutrients are needed in smaller amounts like vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They're critical for normal cell function, as well as growth and development. Depending on your lifestyle and health goals, you may need more or less of macro and micronutrients.
