I have had a LONG week and an even LONGER month taking care of my students and getting everybody ready for back-to-school. I have worked day after day, early mornings and long evenings, and my body is feeling EVERY bit of it.

I know sometimes people may think being a hairstylist isn’t a hard job because “we just do hair,” but please understand—our hands, arms, shoulders, backs, feet, and bodies take a beating too. Standing behind that chair for hours and days at a time is WORK.

So right now, I NEED TO REST. ❤️
