Bay Harbor Post Acute is proud to welcome Nurse Practice Educator, Nathalie Bak!

With over two decades of experience in nursing, Nathalie brings a strong clinical background across acute care, orthopedic, neuro and urology patient care, wound care, infection prevention, unit management, and nursing leadership. Her focus on education helps strengthen our team’s clinical knowledge, collaboration, and ability to support patients and families throughout the healing journey.

In this role, Nathalie will help guide professional growth across the center while continuing to champion patient advocacy, strong family connections, and thoughtful outcomes.

Please join us in welcoming Gwendolen Morgan, our new Unit Manager!

With 21 years of experience in the medical field and a passion for helping others, we are excited to have Gwendolen on our team. Her healthcare journey began as a CNA for 11 years before becoming a nurse nearly 10 years ago, serving in roles including Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Director of Nursing, and now Unit Manager.

Gwendolen shares that her compassion for people is what has kept her dedicated to this field throughout her career. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two sons and one granddaughter who enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also gives all the praise to God for guiding her journey and making her accomplishments possible.

We cannot wait to see the positive impact Gwendolen will make on our residents, families, and team!
