We have to focus on moisture to help prevent breakage and damage
Co-washing is a possible solution to avoid excess of frizz and
roughness but bc to the low ability of cleaning, it has to be combined with a clarifying shampoo every 15 days.

Non-soluble silicones must be avoided in combination with co-washing to avoid the build-up

These commercial products are professional but still has its limitations, everyones hair and scalp is different and needs individual care, however this is a good place to start, you can find most of these for retail in a salon or Ulta but DON’T BUY OFF AMAZON!! never buy hair or skin products from Amazon, they are notorious for knockoffs and you don’t want knockoffs on your hair or skin!!
