Plot twist: The "healthy" one is on the LEFT.
We've been sold a lie that more data = better health.
Look at the results:
✅ Left: Rested, peaceful, confident in her body
❌ Right: Exhausted, anxious, dependent on apps to feel okay
The woman on the right tracks her sleep, steps, heart rate, stress, and cycle.
She has more health data than a NASA astronaut.
She's also more anxious about her health than she's ever been.
Maybe the problem isn't that we don't have enough information about our bodies.
Maybe the problem is that we have too much.

Unpopular opinion: Sleep trackers are making us sleep worse.
That moment when you feel great but your device says you slept terribly? Your body was right. The device was wrong.
But we've been trained to trust the numbers over our own experience.
Result: More anxiety, worse sleep, constant self-doubt.
Ancient humans slept fine for thousands of years without a single app telling them how they felt.
Maybe it's time we remembered how to listen to our bodies again.
