Hello there! Most of you have followed my hair journey for years. I now live in my hometown, Pocatello, ID, and I practice hair out of my home salon studio. This is my most exciting hair adventure, as I don't have to leave my house! I wanted to take a minute to (re)introduce myself.

I was born and raised here in Pocatello, ID. I’m married to my husband of 4 years, Brett. I’m a mom to two beautiful girls Llewyn (3 yrs) and Moon. Our daughter Moon passed shortly after she was born only 4 short months ago. As you can imagine, this has been the hardest thing we’ve ever been through. Don’t let how busy we are fool you. We are grieving every day the best we can. We miss her every day. We talk about her and to her every day. The only thing getting us through is showing up for each other and our living daughter, Llew.

As a family, we love being outside. We are avid campers, we love biking and hiking,
and just driving around to explore. We are also currently in the process of buying a bike shop here in town!

If we are just getting acquainted, I’ve been doing hair in some capacity since I was in
grade school. I watched my mom french braid her hair for work every morning and taught myself from watching her. I would practice on my cousins and friends. I attended Paul Mitchell the School and promptly began an intensive apprenticeship at a high-end salon in Phoenix, AZ. I worked there for 10 years.

I have since spent many of those years teaching new stylists cutting, coloring, and
special occasion styles. I’ve also worked for Wella as an educator traveling throughout the southwest teaching the latest color trends. I’ve received continuing education in PHX, LA, NY, and London. I also owned and operated a salon before returning to Pocatello.

I'm so grateful to live in Poky again and to share it with my little family. I look forward to getting my hands in your hair! Please follow along, like my posts, and share when you feel led to ✌️
