Remember home visit hours are also available at the clinic so long as there's a room I can book, so just drop me a DM if that works better for you.

They have a *new product* 🥳 which is a peptide serum, water based to go on under your moisturiser, and targets fine lines, improve elasticity and fight signs of aging! And as always it's vegan and cruelty free, and has upcycled ingredients! What more could you want 💚

This is the treatment space at all set up for one of my massage treatments. If you want to see me at a clinic it will be here! It's on Bear Flat, right by the turning for Bloomfield Road - and plenty of free (though time limited) parking bays, as well as some gorgeous independent businesses to visit either side of your appointment 💚

Forgot it was Earth Day today, still spent the afternoon potting on seedlings and sowing more seeds! Which seems to be a regular Earth Day activity for me - must be the time of year 💚 all things garden and green are a big source of self-care and nervous system regulation for me! Hope you were able to find some time to be with nature despite the miserable weather 🌱🌿

It's been just over a week since I got back from my last week of fascia informed bodywork training - and what a beautiful setting to have been in 💚 so much covered, and still processing it all, but lots of techniques to help support you to breath freer, which in turn has such a positive impact on your health.. all with gentle holds, hanging out in a space and listening to what the body needs. If you're interested, why not ask me more about it, and we can include some into your next treatment?

Such a great day at the treatment experience day 💚 as well as raising money for it was lovely to meet so many wonderful people, massage some shoulders and drink lots of chai 😍 we'll definitely do another so see you there! 😁
