Excited to receive my parcel from . A 5g tower has recently been erected about 100m behind my flat and I’ve been feeling the effects. I’m hoping these beautiful orgonite stones help me out.
I’ve got a necklace to protect me during the day and a beautiful pyramid and heart for my bedroom.
If you have any other tips for protecting against 5G please let me know.

As On Guard+ is out of stock, I wanted to let you know of a great alternative. DDR Prime is an amazing blend of oils to support your immune system.
It contains:
🧡Frankincense: promotes healthy response to free radicals
🧡Wild Orange: Supports a healthy cellular response
🧡Litsea: May help promote healthy cognative function
🧡Thyme: Healps promote cellular health
🧡Clove: Powerful antioxidant properties
🧡Summer Savory: Supports healthy response to oxidative stress
🧡Niaouli: Helps promote Cellular health
🧡Lemongrass: Helps promote against environmental stress
DDR prime is available as an oil or in softgels. I have both, and so am taking the softgel in the morning and have made up a rollerball (15 drops in an old 15ml Frankincense bottle, topped up with FCO), I apply this before I go to sleep at night. @ London, United Kingdom

As part of my challenge of not going to the shops to buy food until I really need to is ongoing. During this time I’ve been going through my larder and using foods I rarely use. Last night I saw I had a packet of Irish Moss (Sea Moss), and wondered what to do with it. It is used as natural and very healthy thickening agent (use in smoothies, sauces, to make raw cakes spongy, dressings). I think I purchased it to make a vegan cheese.
During my search I came across a vlog from someone who was trying it out as a face mask, so I prepared my Irish Moss and used it last night. I woke up this morning and my skin was so soft. It made so much, so I thought I’d use some of the leftovers as a hair mask, and I can’t believe how soft my hair is.
Irish Moss is a nutrient dense red algae, containing 92 of the 102 minerals the human body is made up of.
It’s benefits are- thyroid health, respiratory health, digestive health and to help with weight loss of taken internally.
Have you used Irish Moss? What have you used it for?

As I’ve got a few bonus days off work I’ve been having a sort out of all my paper work, something I always put off. Whilst sorting out old recipes I’ve gathered over the past 6 -7 years, I came across one for ‘Life Changing Bread’ from I of course had to make it straight away (anything to keep me away from my paperwork!) I substituted the sunflower seeds with pumpkin seeds as that’s all I had, (and I’m currently challenging myself to see how long I can go without going to the shops).
It is so easy to make and it’s really good. It’s gluten free and vegan 🌱

Yay, my dōTERRA order has arrived with the new Onyx Balance Bath Bar, it smells lovely, and I can’t wait to try it out. If you like the doTERRAs Balance blend, you’ll be sure to love this.
About 6 months ago I made the decision to swap from shower gel to good old fashioned soap to reduce my plastic waste, and I don’t miss the liquid shower gel at all. DōTERRA do a lovely moisturising bath bar infused with doTERRAs CPTG Grapefruit and Bergamot essential oils, which I love but it’s nice to switch it up, so I’ve purchased a few of the limited edition Balance Bars.
What swaps have you made to reduce your plastic waste?

I very rarely go into cafe’s because I don’t drink tea or coffee, but this morning I went into a cafe With a friend and was shocked how they served water in plastic cups and tea and coffee in single use cups which are rarely able to be recycled. I wondered why they would do this? I also thought wouldn’t the customer prefer to use a proper ceramic mug to drink from!
Sign the Petition The plastic bag charge saw an 85% reduction in usage, let's do the same with disposable cups.
