I began my career more than 20 years ago, first starting out in Germany helping out at the hair salon where my grandmother was a client. I attended advance training at the Wella Studio in London and then later worked for Wella International as an educator for 5 years, assisting in numerous hair shows and events for Wella. My career eventually would take me back to Germany for further training at the Labothene Academy in Pforzheim Germany and then as an Artistic Director for 2 years at Stephen’s Hairstyles Salon in Karlsruhe, Germany. I opened The Raymond Stark Salon in April of 2004 to fulfill a lifelong dream – a full service salon with over 20 employees. My passion is all about hair and working with clients to create the perfect cut and color to enhance their own beauty. A thorough consultation is important so that both the artist and client have a clear vision of what the client’s needs really are and what direction to take them to achieve the perfect look and balance for that client’s lifestyle. With numerous acclaims and 10 years of salon ownership and management behind me, I wanted to return to private hairdressing, so I closed the salon in 2015. Raymond Stark Salon has now evolved into a one man show to focus my time and energy on my clients. “I want to make the world a more beautiful place one client at a time” Raymond Stark is now a one man show of individual hairdressing. I am thrilled to celebrate our new beginnings and I can’t wait to welcome you to my new location!
