I have so much more to say on this. BUT I REALLY wish folks understood the potency of my craft and nervous system regulation and emotional support through the wisdom of the body. THROUGH personal experience it can help support mental health in a mighty way.

Those who don't know me. Im a huge hiker and walker He is too young plus we are allowing his immune system to develop so he can't be in public places yet. But we made it half an hour today..
