Oh hiiii! Ready for some brutal honesty? Posting about weight loss for two years of my life ruined my mental health. It put me in a head space of constant anxiety and disgust when I was unable to maintain the unachievable goals I made for myself. I LOVE posting on social media, but the content I use to make and post never felt authentically me. I stepped away from posting on social media for numerous months to find myself and I finally feel comfortable to start posting again. Here’s to the future and all the surprises it holds.

This is everything I eat in a day for body recomposition as a person that has already lost 100lbs!
and have been pulling me through my workouts recently. Give me a can of Watermelon Wave and I’ll be hitting PRs like a mf lol
It’s SO important that you listen to that urge.
This is your sign that it’s time to lock in..
I’m officially on my first “proper” bulk since losing 100lbs, and let me tell you, getting to this point was a STRUGGLE mentally!
I was (and still slightly am) scared that I would gain back all the weight I had lost if I started a bulk. My fear mainly stems from not being confident enough in myself that I’ll stay consistent, but given the goals I’ve already crushed, fear of maintaining consistency is kind of irrelevant lol.
So WHATEVERRR 🤪
