I am starting this page weighing 96.8 kg and intend to use this platform to share my journey with you and that together we reach our goal weight Healthily.

It is all about our health, how much you love your body and the will to succeed and know that we can. I have struggled with weight issues since I was 15 years old. Through out the years I wanted to look like somebody and I neglected looking after myself because I was chasing someone I would never have. I forgot that the only person I have it's me and I must start treating ME with respect. I am wis

Verse: Psalm 46:10

‘Be still, and know that I am God!’

- In the rush and busyness of life, we can get overwhelmed.
- But we need to pause and realise that this season is about God.
- He is the One Who brings peace to our hearts and joy to our souls.
- In all the hecticness, take time to be still and receive His love for you.

PRAYER: Lord, what a joy it is to be able to just take a moment and remind myself of what is truly important. You are God, and therefore I can rest and know Your peace in my heart and Your joy in my soul. Amen.🙏🏽

Watch this space.Throughout all this years, I have come to accept that diets don't work. But a lifestyle does. When I started this journey on th 10th Jan'2022, I made a choice to make Intermittent Fasting a lifestyle. 34 days and still going strong. I had to meditate over many things, most importantly, my mindset and the reason why I am doing this. No one has said it is going to be easy. But giving up is not an option.
