We completely understand that things come up, but please note Holly’s schedule fills quickly and have a lengthy waitlist. We would love to get everyone who wants a treatment seen and to help everything run smoothly and avoid any need to reschedule, we kindly ask that all paperwork sent prior to your appointment is completed in advance and that you cancel your appointment according to our policy. We require 24 hours notice or there is a $150 fee. If you have more than 3 late cancels/no shows, we will no longer book you for appointments with Holly. We truly appreciate each and every one of you and hope you can understand.

Also, as a reminder, our policy states if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and may have to incur the late cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding!
