Two weeks down!

Today I did a 2-week check-in comparing my Day 1 to where I am now, and honestly, I’m so proud of myself. The changes may not be drastic yet, but they’re there—and that’s what consistency does.

For 14 days, I’ve shown up for myself, pushed through excuses, stayed committed, and kept the promises I made on Day 1.

This challenge is about so much more than physical changes. It’s about building discipline, confidence, and proving to myself that I can do hard things.

The final chapter of my Guyana Diaries 🇬🇾❤️✨

What started as a trip became so much more. It gave me memories I’ll never forget, adventures I’ll cherish forever, and moments that will stay with me long after I’ve returned home.

I got to experience a beautiful country, learn more about my boyfriend’s culture, grow even closer to him, and spend time with the incredible people who raised him. His family welcomed me with so much love and kindness, making me feel like family from day one.

From the laughter and late nights to the river tours, celebrations, and simple moments spent together, every memory holds a special place in my heart.

This trip reminded me that the best part of traveling isn’t always the destination—it’s the people you share it with. ❤️
