My Mom used to say:
''Go and brush your hair; you look like Daisy de Melker.
(The older generation will remember the Wellington (SA) woman who killed her 3 husband's and planned the the 4th husband death.πŸ™„)

Anyway, I've got this naturally curly and frizzy hair, and I LOVE CURLS.

This conditioner just relaxes the frizz and makes it so much more manageable.

🌿 This week we've been exploring the question:

Can a person really stay healthy inside and out during winter?

The answer may look different for each person.

For some it means:

πŸ’š Better daily habits
πŸ’š Better hydration
πŸ’š Better hair care
πŸ’š Supporting overall wellness

Sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference.

If you'd like to know more about the products and routines I personally use, feel free to message me.

I'd love to chat. 🌿

🌿 Sometimes the answer isn't one big change.
It's often a collection of small daily habits.

This week we've been talking about winter wellness, healthy hair and the importance of caring for ourselves from the inside and the outside.

Healthy-looking hair doesn't happen by accident.

It needs:

πŸ’š Gentle cleansing
πŸ’š Moisture
πŸ’š Consistent care
πŸ’š Patience

Just like many good things in life.

It made me wonder...

Which small habit has made the biggest difference in your life?

🌿 Sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference.

A few days ago, someone mentioned that her hair felt dry, dull and harder to manage than usual.

(I could easily relate to that! I have naturally very curly and frizzy hair. Blow-drying is my thing... but try running my fingers through my hair and they often get stuck in knots! 😝)

My friend initially thought it was simply a winter hair challenge.

But then she started paying closer attention to her daily routine:
πŸ’š Supporting her body from within
πŸ’š Paying attention to hydration
πŸ’š Using products designed to nourish and protect her hair.

Over time she noticed a difference.

Not overnight. Not dramatically.

Just healthier-looking hair, better manageability and a little more confidence. πŸ’ƒπŸΎ

It made me wonder...

How often do we accept winter changes as "normal" without asking whether there might be a better way?

🌿 Have you ever noticed a positive change after making a small adjustment to your daily routine?

My granddaughter's mommy takes such good care of the girls hair.

Dit is so mooi gesond en versorg.

🌿 Why does winter seem to affect our hair so much?

Plasing

One of the first things many people notice during winter isn't just dry skin.

It's their hair.

Hair may feel:
🫩 Drier
🫩 More brittle
🫩 Harder to manage
🫩 Less shiny than usual

But why?

During winter, colder air and indoor heating can contribute to moisture loss, affecting both the scalp and the hair itself.

*It made me wonder:*

_Do we pay enough attention to our hair's needs during winter, or do we simply accept dry, lifeless hair as part of the season?_

🌿 This week in TLC Circle we're exploring simple ways to support healthy hair during winter.

I'd love to hear from you:
What changes do you notice in your hair during winter?

πŸ’š Dryness
πŸ’š Frizz
πŸ’š Hair loss
πŸ’š Nothing at all
πŸ’š Something else

🌿 CAN A PERSON REALLY STAY HEALTHY INSIDE AND OUT DURING WINTER?

🀧Winter has only just begun, yet many of us are already noticing changes.

Less energy.

Dryer skin.

Hair that suddenly seems duller or harder to manage.

We often accept these things as "normal winter problems", but it made me wonder:

⚘Can a person really stay healthy on the inside and the outside during winter?⚘

This week in TLC Circle, I want to explore that question with you.

Not just what we eat.
Not just what we apply.

But how the small choices we make every day influence how we feel, how we look, and how we experience winter.

I'd love to hear your thoughts.πŸ’
