As 2025 wraps up…
I pause in deep gratitude.
Grateful for a year that tested my faith,
deepened my understanding,
clarified my purpose,
exposed my abundance,
and confirmed what I always believed.

A year where God showed up loudly —
confirming His Word,
dispelling darkness,
and revealing His glorious light 💫

A year of growth and uncommon favour.
A year of reconnection.
Many blessings. Many lessons.
Tears of joy… and humbling moments that stretched my soul.
I am truly thankful ❤️❤️❤️

And now… we journey into Twenty-Twenty Six🚀
It’s time to elevate the faith,
fix the mix,
and level up the fleet.

Yes — it’s Twenty-Twenty Six'
it’s Twenty-Twenty GRIT,
but I step into it with ease,
with flow,
with excitement,
and with unshakable determination.

One reason why I love the Umhlanga Women Achievers is the giving heart that we share. The intentional connecting, sharing and giving that goes on is palpable.

I draw strength from the heartfelt testimonies — both of pain turned into power and of courage wrapped in grace. Last Wednesday, our guest speaker’s journey from Warrior to Victor (Cancer) stirred something deep within me. It reminded me that love is not just in words or gifts, but in presence, empathy, and respect.

It made me pause and ask — How can we support without making our Warriors feel small, needy, or helpless? What are the right things to say? What actions truly uplift?

Maybe the real question we should start asking one another is — “How may I help you?” ❤️

Because sometimes, the greatest gift we can give is not answers or advice, but compassion that listens and love that acts.

Unless you feel a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation… you wouldn’t fully understand how sacred life really is.

Of recent, I’ve found myself pausing more often. Whether at the mall, walking the streets, or standing in line at the shops — I catch myself gazing at people in awe. Each person, uniquely designed and deeply loved by God.

When I whisper within, “She is loved… He is loved… as if they were the only person that exists,” it completely shifts my perspective. I begin to see not just faces, but souls. Not just differences, but divinity. And in that moment, gratitude floods in — a deep appreciation that I, too, am numbered among the loved.

Imagine if we could all look beyond colour, appearance, or status, and truly see the Divine in each other. What a transformed world it would be — a world rooted in grace, gratitude, and love.

And yesterday’s Gospel ended with a cautionary tale: the rich man who built bigger barns to store more treasure, only to lose his life that very night.
🔔 A loud reminder that life is not measured by what we accumulate — but by how we impact.

As we step into Women’s Month, I invite you to pause and reflect:
💭 What are we building? Bigger barns or deeper purpose?
💭 Are our daily actions rooted in intention, or are we chasing shadows dressed in trends?

This month, let us rise beyond vanity and walk in vision.
Let’s build not just for ourselves, but for the legacy of women who are watching us… daughters, sisters, friends…
Let’s create something lasting — something that empowers, sustains, and multiplies good.
