I needed a good boost after my morning run and opted for this lethal smoothie combo right here, filled with good fats, delicious healthy cacoa, frozen banana and just 1 drop of Copaiba Essential Oil 🥳

I did a quick little workout yesterday and it's incredible and humbling how much love the little muscles need as well.
I did a combo of bodyweight, free weight and pilates exercises and felt so good afterwards, best part is it took me nothing more than 30min !!

It might not be for practical for everyone to do what they truly love for a career but you should most definitely know what lights you up and what it is you love. Everyone should have a passion, something that excites you and something you enjoy. If you don’t, then you need to take the time to start exploring this idea.
Life is short and is often lacking in enthusiasm, excitement, passion and purpose. The world needs more people doing their soul’s work because that’s where the magic lies. That’s where we can make our greatest contribution to society. It’s not selfish to do what you love, it’s exactly what you should do, so be fearless in your pursuit of what sets your soul on fire.

I'm sure you know and have heard that you can't pour from an empty cup.
Take a look at how you structure your days and accomplish tasks. Can you do something to simplify your process, to decrease decision-making—and thereby give yourself more time to do what really matters, to do what you love, to do what makes you smile?
Recharging during the week is simply about being intentional and also having self-compassion. Show yourself your value by making time for the here and now versus reserving happiness for the weekend.
Recharge and Refill yourself daily with what matters, in order for you to return the favour to others.
