HI, I'M LULU I'm a domestic violence survivor, skincare coach and freelance writer who has helped hundreds of women fix their skin, boost their confidence and live their best life. I do Holistic Therapy and Counseling for Women I get it. For years, I committed every skincare sin in the book, too. I popped my pimples, exfoliated my skin till it got all red and sore and left the house without sunscreen on most days. My skin was a mess. Full of pimples and shinier than a frying pan. I felt so ugly and unlovable. Would my skin always be like this? Oh, I tried everything to fix it. I spent a fortune on drugstore and luxury skincare products that didn't deliver. Tried my hand at DIY recipes that only turned my skin into a gooey mess. Nothing worked. If anything, they just dried out my skin even more. Now I had to deal with flakiness AND pimples. It was only when I finally started doing my own research and learned about the science of skincare that I was able to figure out how to care for my skin once and for all. I scoured through every scientific journal I could get my little hands on (did I also tell you I’m a weirdo?) to find out what REALLY works to get rid of pimples, cure dryness and keep wrinkles off your face. Now, no one believes me when I say I’m 39. I know you have better things to do than reading long and boring science papers. That's why I'm making it my mission to help you create a skincare routine that works for your skin - a routine that helps your skin heal faster, makes your complexion glow and protects it from sun damage, pollution and everything else that's trying to harm it. Looking back at where I was in 2020 versus where I stand today, I’m reminded of how much quiet growth happens in the spaces between. Six years of learning to give myself grace, embracing change, and stepping fully into my own skin—inside and out.
Time moves whether we’re ready for it or not, but choosing to evolve, nurture yourself, and step into your confidence is a daily decision. To anyone currently in a season of transition: trust the process, honor your path, and give yourself time. The journey is always worth it. 🤍 ✨

It took me a long time to realize that you can’t force people to respect the table that fed them. When people walk away and switch up, I don’t mourn their absence anymore. I mourn the values, the loyalty, and the integrity they abandoned along the way.
Gratitude costs absolutely nothing. It is the simplest form of human decency, yet it clearly shows that some people could never afford it. Some people mistake your kindness for weakness and your patience for superiority.
But at the end of the day, loyalty shows when no one is watching, and ingratitude shows when they no longer need you. Protect your peace, set your boundaries, and stop wasting your grace on people who only know how to take. 💯✨

I am a South African Indian and Muslim with an African ancestry lineage 🇿🇦
We, Muslims have this one gift of being strong which is our Imaan! Noone can take it from us.... Nobody can buy what we have ✌️
Supporting the Palestinian cause 🇵🇸 is so important for me as a person, as a human..it has nothing to do with religion.... Nowadays everything regarding us, Muslims, is nothing but hate speech being thrown.... I don't like the way we being treated 🥺
