This book is written for parents planning to divorce, who is in the process, or who is divorced with high conflict;
or for professionals to use as a practical resource during therapy.

Working with children and families everyday, I see the effect divorce and separation between parents have on children.
It is not divorce itself that causes the most harm, but unmanaged parental conflict, emotional insecurities and inconsistent parenting.
