It is vital for us to be wearing a mask at all times during this pandemic to curb the spread of covid 19.
The mask together with the humid weather we live in can cause irritation, inflammation, clog the pores resulting in acne.
Here are some basic tips to help reduce this problem🌸
1) Wash your mask daily so that you are wearing a clean mask daily
2) Drink of plenty of fluids to keep the skin and body hydrated
3)Cleanse your face twice a day(morning and evening) with gentle cleanser that don't dry out the skin. Cleansing twice daily is particularly pivotal if you wear make up.
4)Moisturise with non pore clogging moisturisers (non - comedogenic)
5)Use a home face mask once a week to unclog your pores, refine the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, absorb oil and dirt and hydrate the skin.
