My Wellness Club focuses on helping you own your wellness, by sharing different resources that can help improve people's lives in the 8 elements of wellness including intellectual, physical, mental, social, environmental, spiritual, financial and occupational.
The ability to make something out of an uncomfortable situation is not easy, getting to where you want to be is not easy. It takes time, effort, commitment and consistency. keep your head up.
The question is who are you becoming, each and every single day and every decision you take, who does that make you?
The journey of becoming is a matter of self identity, not what you do or your responsibilities but who you are.
I hope on this morning you will allow yourself to heal by facing your challenges and allowing yourself to feel all emotions attached to those situations.
I hope you choose to set yourself free from carrying the burden of the pain others have caused you.
You are perfect as you are, own it. Accept yourself as you are and the world will accept you.
We constantly learning, discovering, and evolving as people. Today may you evolve to embody the person you are working towards achieving.
You lose nothing by being kind to the next person, in fact you might even save them because you don't know what they are going through. Choose kindness always, you don't know whose life you might be saving.
May you expand today and everyday going forward.
Fear is an illusion of your mind and what you concentrate your mind on, is exactly what will come to pass.

Hear me out. How will you heal from the very situation you are in denial with, if you cannot acknowledge the hurt, you are not acknowledging the problem and therefore cannot find a solution. Facing that situation doesn't seem like healing because it hurts i get it, but burying it is not healing either because it will eat you inside and can even force you to become a different person.
Here is what i say, acknowledge the pain, the hurt, the truth, your truth and start breathing (box breathing works wonders). Then start journaling about it, talk about it, pray about it, just repeat it as many times as possible even with those tears and end your statement with "I forgive myself".
Healing is a journey, it takes time and courage, allow your body and your soul to process the situation. Your soul and your body knows how to heal itself, you just have to let it.
