Today is all about treating yourself to healthy food & snacks.
During lockdown I have really struggled with keeping my snacking to a minimum, but after I figured out the secret to snacking I no longer feel guilty.
It is 100% okay to snack throughout the day, however try to snack on healthy nibbles such as lean biltong, almonds, a block of dark chocolate, smoothies & veggie chips.
I also cannot say no to a Peanut butter Rice cake !! My weakness !! Goodluck all, stay healthy and hang in there # # #

So many of my friends & family have commented on the fact that they are experiencing broken sleep. This is something that I experience as well.
Recently, Iโve been using a drop of lavender oil on my pillow and my sleep has improved drastically.
I would wake up 4 - 6 times at night and Iโve dropped that to 2 - 3 times. I will also start introducing some stretches before bed as this will also help # # #
