Important Business Policy Update – Please Read Carefully

I hope this message finds you well. I’d like to inform you that I will be updating my Terms & Conditions to reflect a few important changes going forward:

🕐 Late-Night Appointments:
Late-night or after-hour appointments will no longer be available. I will now be working strictly within my set business hours. This decision comes with the intention to create more structure and to ensure I’m able to deliver consistent, high-quality service while also maintaining a healthy personal and professional balance.

💇🏽‍♀️ Pricing for Extra Time & Care:
Clients with hair that requires significantly more time, care, or effort particularly thicker or natural textures will notice a price adjustment. The new pricing will reflect the additional time and products needed to care for your hair properly and professionally.

🌙 Exceptions & Compensation:
In rare cases where I do agree to take on a late appointment, it will require additional compensation for my time. Please understand that this time often comes at the expense of my rest and personal responsibilities, and needs to be valued accordingly.

❤️ Nothing Personal:
If I decline a late appointment request, please know that it’s never personal. It’s a choice made to protect my well-being and to ensure that I continue to show up fully present and at my best during working hours.

Each time you sit in my chair whether it’s for a wash and set, Brazilian treatment, or colour I give your hair the professional care, time, and attention it deserves. My goal is not only to enhance your look, but to ensure the long-term health and integrity of your hair.

Because of this, the advice I offer on aftercare, products, and maintenance routines is based on years of experience and your hair’s specific needs. It’s not just a suggestion, it’s part of a plan to keep your hair strong, healthy, and beautiful between appointments.

If that guidance is consistently overlooked or proper maintenance is not followed, I may need to reconsider offering further services. This isn’t meant to be harsh it’s about ensuring my work and your investment in your hair are respected.

Healthy hair is a two-way commitment. I’m here to do my part with care and professionalism, and I ask for the same level of commitment in return.

• Contract is valid for 30 days from date of first appointment.

Dear Clients,

I truly appreciate every one of you and the continued support you show my business. However, I kindly ask that we all respect professional boundaries moving forward.

🕒 My official working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
During these hours, I am fully available for bookings, consultations, and communication.

📵 Please avoid calling or video calling me outside these hours especially late at night. Recently, I’ve received group video calls as late as 11:17 PM, which is not appropriate or professional.

After-hours is my personal time to rest, recharge, and prepare to serve you with excellence the next day.
