Eating 1500 calories a day we need to break it up into 6 small meals...
Not everyday is a good day so we soldier on, take one day at a time. Most days when I go off track I will be so hard on myself but I will be kinder and realize that this is a process...one day at a time so long and I keep myself accountable I will be OK 💪
