Welcome everyone.

I created this page for myself and for people who have low self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-confidence, victims of abuse (emotional, physical, sexual and mental) , hectic background issues (family and upbringing) and heartbreak.

I wanted to write my heart out, show that whatever you're going through doesn't determine your worth or who you are. This is all out of kindness and I hope everyone who's going to participate here is kind and mindful of what other people are going through.
