Dear Clients,

Due to my extremely busy schedule and a marked increase in the number of last minute cancellations I have no option but to introduce a 50% deposit in order to book and confirm your appointment.
If you choose to reschedule or cancel your appointment this must be done with more than 24 hours notice, the booking fee will then be moved over to the new date or refunded to you.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice you will automatically forfeit your 50% booking fee.
This is to ensure that the maximum amount of my time is spent on my clients and gives me time to book a new client in your cancelled appointment slot.
