𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧… people think it’s just the odd breakout.

But sometimes, it goes much deeper.

There was a time in my life, about 6 months, where I was under so much mental, physical, and emotional pressure that I didn’t even realise what was happening to me. One day, I actually looked in the mirror… and it felt like I had woken up from a dream.

My hair had grown out, my skin looked darker and uneven, and the sides of my face were covered in acne. Not small breakouts - it was intense.

And on top of that… I had lost 5kg without even trying.

That’s how disconnected I was.
Tea became a food substitute.
