Looking back at awards season last year, I had a lot going on - running a business, managing a household, looking after the dogs, and everything else that comes with everyday life.

And sometimes, when I take on too much, I can feel myself slipping into Channel 2.

For a long time, I thought my morning reset was enough - meditating, breathing, putting on beautiful music and getting myself into Channel 1.

But I’ve found it’s just as important to check in with myself throughout the day.

Noticing something beautiful.
Taking a moment to breathe.

These small moments of renewal help me reset and come back to myself. ✨
