Yesterday, one year ago, I shared my very first post for MILKset.
So… I guess that officially makes us one?

But the truth is, MILKset began long before Instagram ever saw it.

It started with freeze-drying my own milk.
It started in the planning, the problem-solving, the late nights, and the dream that kept growing long before this business had a name.

Building MILKset has felt like raising a baby: growing fast, running on little sleep, supported by moms, and changing lives daily.

This journey has challenged me, stretched me, humbled me, and rewarded me in ways I never could have imagined.
Some days have been overwhelming.
Some days have been so fulfilling I’d do it all again without hesitation.

I had plans for cake and champagne this week, because this milestone deserves celebration… but life got busy. And maybe that’s one of the biggest lessons too. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but that doesn’t mean the achievement matters any less.

Starting a business teaches you things no one can fully prepare you for.
You discover strengths you didn’t know you had.
You learn to move forward even when you feel uncertain. You do it scared and tired.

And through it all, I can honestly say I would not have made it this far without the Grace of God.

MILKset exists because of faith, hard work, and the incredible people who have supported this dream every step of the way, every encouraging word, every design, every order, every carefully packed bag, every mom who trusted us with something so deeply personal.
Every client.
Every supporter.
Every drop.

You have all helped shape MILKset into what it is today.

Starting MILKset has changed me, changed my family, and I truly hope it has helped make a meaningful difference in the lives of mothers and babies too.
