🐣🍯 Honey Glazed Roast Chicken

Ingredients

1 whole chicken
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves
Salt & pepper
1 tsp paprika

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C
2.Season chicken with salt, pepper & paprika
3. Mix honey, butter & garlic, then brush over chicken
4. Roast for 1 hour – 1 hour 15 mins
5.Baste once or twice until golden and juicy ✨

INGREDIENTS:
. Cooking oil 2 tablespoons
. 5 tablespoons butter
. 2 tablespoons minced garlic
. Sliced onions
. sliced mushrooms
. sliced robot peppers
. Freshly ground pepper to taste
. salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Place a medium pot over medium-high heat. Once hot, char the robot peppers in a pot until lightly blistered. Remove the peppers and set aside.

2.Add the butter, onions, and garlic, onions to the pan.

3.Add mushrooms, and seasonings.

4.Toss the blistered peppers back into the pot. Taste, then salt and pepper as needed.
