We suggest adding 200mls water, however it really is up to you 👇

🍦 For a richer flavour add milk or nut milks instead of water
🍏 The fruity flavours can have fruit juice added instead
💦 Add 50 mls at a time and see how much liquid your blender needs in order to blend the smoothie sufficiently … The less liquid, the richer the smoothie ⚡️

We suggest that you BLEND WELL so that the nuts / oats / dates and other whole pieces in your pack get broken down sufficiently 👏
