3 years ago I did my first very sweaty 10k in Hanoi! Now I’m back and I have clearly forgotten the horror and have signed up for the same race in a couple of weeks time! Hopefully the Vietnamese weather will change or I’ll be swimming it! 😆🏃🏻

Seeking out the good, healthy food! Omelette packed full of asparagus, green leaves and ham. A brunchy dinner but definitely what the body needed.
This has to be one of my favourite groups of morning exercisers! Out there super early, enjoying the morning, the friendship and the music! Even better is the lady behind the bushes who dances alone to their music with a big smile on her face waving me a happy good morning!
Trying out the evening run! Sunset is as good as sunrise… more people around in the evening though. My legs feel more ready to run in the evening! Pros and cons to everything I suppose. Glad to have this on my doorstep!

One of the things I love about Vietnam is the morning mindset of the people… get out early and they are everywhere exercising… in groups or alone… making the most of their morning and starting the day off right. The benefits to mental and physical wellbeing are immense!
5.30am start today for a morning run. Peace and quiet, slightly cooler weather and the lovely sunrise. Lots of groups of vietnamese people running, cycling, dancing and meditating along the way! Worth the early get up! 🏃🏻🥵😎

Trying to figure out the apartment gym… adapting to the very basic stuff and oddly numbered weights. It needs a clean and a bit maintenance but I’ll get onto them about that! 😆
