I often forget just how delicious these chocolate zucchini cupcakes (with our infamous whipped chocolate coconut cream ganache) are, and then someone has one for the first time and sends me a message asking am I sure there are veggies in them 😂. So for Easter why not order a batch of them with a cute Easter theme? We can make them with either stonegound flour or a gluten free flour, we can use either brown sugar/an organic coconut sugar/xylitol, and remember they are naturally vegan (but don't tell your guests because they will never know!).

So with happy love day around the corner I decided to launch a tasting box of my favourite baked treats, so you can get all romantic with your significant other (or just keep them all for yourself if you prefer, no judgement 😂) feeding each other.

And because I think love should be celebrated all year round, it will be a last week of the month special going forward.

As we are all settling into the third wave and level 4 lockdown its all about boosting your immune system and eating healthy foods and snacks, but that doesn't mean its needs to lack flavour!
My sample box is back, 2 options this time:
1) half a snack box, a small jar of peanut butter, a packet of two peanut butter cookies, a chic chip cookie, a packet of choc zucchini muffins and a chocolate zucchini cupcake all for R230 (save R30).
2) the same as above but with a slice of pecan nut pie, a slice of my flourless chocolate cake and a slice of my lemon berry cake with a lemon curd yoghurt dressing all for R350 (save R50).

We have just been notified the Vegan Hippie Connection Market at the Pirates Sports Club has been cancelled this Sunday and I've made our natural handmade snack boxes and meal bars in preparation for it 😔 so if anyone is interested in a snack box R220 (22 * 30g snack bars, 2 of the 11 different flavours) or our 70g meal bars (R23 each when buying 5 or more) please let me know...I will happily throw in a choc chip cookie/peanut butter cookie or a chocolate zucchini muffin for free on amounts over R220. They are sugar free, preservatives free and free from grains. We also sell an incredible natural peanut butter sold in glass jars if you are a peanut butter fan 😋

Its definitely been a chocolate kind of day: a flourless chocolate fudge cake for a birthday girl, 36 mini chocolate zucchini cupcakes with a whipped chocolate ganache to celebrate a baby shower and a fully vegan chocolate bake with a whipped coconut cream ganache about to go into the oven...oh yes and 2 bottles of amazing lemon curd for a client at the market tomorrow.
