Regularly heat styling your hair leads to split ends, dryness and breakage. It also slows down growth. If your hair has undergone a chemical process, it is even more prone to breakage than natural hair. The best approach is to not expose your hair to any heat, and let your hair air-dry.

A woman's Contribution in Society

Women play a vital role in society across various spheres, including family, community, economics, and leadership, contributing significantly to the development and well-being of communities through roles as caregivers, educators, entrepreneurs, activists, and decision-makers, while also actively participating in fields like science, politics, and the arts; however, they often face challenges related to gender inequality and discrimination in accessing opportunities fully.
