The process of a young lady making a life change by getting fit and healthy and also motivating others to start making positive changes about their health.
I have been a big girl almost all my life, but in 2016 at the age of almost 25 I realized that i have become very exhausted and sluggish. I decided to make a change and this is when I also decided to start this page. So for people to see, for them to motivate me and hopefully for me to motivation other.
