Seth Mazibuko—who, at just sixteen years old, became the youngest political prisoner on Robben Island during the apartheid era Our foundation exists to protect, preserve, and promote heritage.

In commemorating the 50th anniversary of the 1976 Soweto Uprising, we are declaring 2026 as the Year of Young People.
An intergenerational walk from the foundations of our past to the possibilities of our future.
Our call to action: for all of society to unite in urgently responding the pressing needs and aspirations of our youth.
