My journey with massage therapy began with seeing people getting injured around me. Coming from an extensive dancing background, it felt very fitting that I wanted to help out in whatever way I could. I believe that massage does not only consist of the physical aspect where you get rid of muscle tension, but also emotional where we are able to rid the body of emotional tension and heal someone without them even realizing it. It is my goal during a massage to make you feel cared for, looked after and feel safe. My hands are open and ready for our journey together, and to begin the healing process.
