Fitted Gym Wear: Opt for fitted gym wear that allows for ease of movement. Avoid loose clothing that may get in the way of the rollers.
No Zippers or Buttons: Ensure your outfit is free of zippers, buttons, or any other hardware that may interfere with the rollers.
Socks: Wear socks as part of your attire.
Specific Recommendations:
Men:Long workout pants and a T-shirt are recommended.
Women:Long leggings and a tight T-shirt are suggested.
Additional Tip: Remove jewelry before the session to ensure maximum comfort and effectiveness.
