🔥 A POWERFUL WEEKEND OF KINGDOM EQUIPPING IN KZN 🔥

Beresh*th KZN is honoured and excited to host a powerful weekend of ministry, equipping and impartation!

This Saturday, 26 September, we have the privilege of welcoming Apostle Quentin Koeberg and Prophet Gail Koeberg, founders and leaders of QRRC — Quegal Refuge and Restoration Centre in Magaliesburg.

Through QRRC, they have been faithfully serving people who are destitute and vulnerable, helping those battling substance addiction find a pathway into recovery, while providing skills upliftment, counselling, restoration and practical support. They are also valued ministry partners of Beresh*th and serve as senior leaders of RAP Ministries in Roodepoort.

Joining them from the USA will be Apostle Stephen Garner and Prophet Yolonda Garner, senior leaders of Rivers Chicago.

Apostle Stephen Garner is an accomplished author and an anointed teacher of the Word of God, and we are expectant for the wisdom, revelation and impartation that this dynamic team of men and women of God will bring.

Our morning session will focus on the work of ministry, recovery, restoration and equipping the saints—particularly those serving individuals and families affected by substance abuse.

This is an opportunity for those involved in ministry, support groups, recovery work and community outreach to receive teaching, practical wisdom and spiritual equipping for the assignment God has entrusted to us.

We believe that what the enemy intended for destruction, God is able to turn around for His glory. We will declare that addiction does not have the final word, brokenness does not have the final word, and yesterday does not have the final word.

Jesus Christ is still the answer. There is power in His name, there is freedom in His presence, and there is hope for every life and every family.

We declare healing over wounded hearts, restoration over families, freedom over those bound by addiction, and strength over those who have grown weary.

We declare that what was broken can be restored, what was lost can be recovered, and what seemed impossible is possible with God.

It is often only the beginning.

It has been a little while since we shared an update from our Beresh*th Support Groups, but behind the scenes, our groups continue to meet, encourage, pray, listen, challenge and walk alongside individuals and families affected by substance abuse.

At Beresh*th, we believe that no one should have to walk the journey of recovery alone.

Our support groups create safe spaces where people can come as they are, share honestly, learn from one another and find the strength to keep going.

Because recovery is not only about staying away from substances.

It is about learning to live again.
It is about rebuilding relationships.
It is about restoring families.
It is about developing healthy habits and accountability.
It is about discovering purpose.
It is about finding your identity beyond addiction.
And for us, it is also about discovering what God can do with a life that has been surrendered to Him.

SERVING IS PART OF RECOVERY — HOPE IN ACTION 🙏🏽❤️

Recovery is not only about being restored from what once held you captive. It is also about discovering that your life can now become a vessel through which others experience hope.

At Beresh*th Treatment Centre, the men who are walking their journey of recovery are learning that serving in the Kingdom of God is part of their restoration.

Today, they prepare delicious meals—not simply to feed hungry people, but to feed hope. They take what they have been given, work together, serve with dignity, and take those meals into the streets to people who may be facing circumstances they once understood themselves.

This is recovery in action.
The hands that were once bound are now serving.
The lives that were once broken are now becoming instruments of hope.
The men who once needed someone to believe in them are now helping others believe that change is possible.

They are not just receiving hope anymore. They are becoming carriers of hope.

Every meal is a seed.
Every act of service is a testimony.
Every person reached is an opportunity to demonstrate the love of Christ.

This is what it means to give back.
This is what it means to serve the Kingdom.
This is what it means to BE HOPE and BRING HOPE.

BERESH*TH STANDS AGAINST GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE

Our hearts are heavy as we continue to hear of the brutal murders of women in our communities. At Beresh*th, we grieve with every family affected and pray for those carrying the pain of losing a loved one.

Every life is precious. Every woman deserves to live in safety, dignity, and freedom from violence.

As a foundation committed to the restoration of individuals, families, and communities, we will not stand for violence against women, children, or any person. We reject every form of abuse, domestic violence, and gender-based violence that seeks to destroy lives and families.

We believe that restoration begins with truth, compassion, accountability, and action. We encourage those experiencing abuse to speak out, seek help, and reach out to trusted support services. We also call on families, churches, communities, and leaders to stand together in protecting the vulnerable and confronting violence.

OUR PRAYER

Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for Your protection over every woman, daughter, mother, and family. Bring comfort to those who are grieving, strength to those living in fear, and justice for every victim. Expose violence, break cycles of abuse, and raise up communities where people are valued, protected, and treated with dignity.

We declare that our communities will not be defined by violence, but by restoration, healing, and the love of God.

Leo, I remember your journey right from the beginning. I remember the health challenges, how weak you were, and how there were days when you needed help just to walk. 😭😭😭
BUT GOD! 🙌🏽

You kept your eyes on Jesus. You completed your inpatient programme, went home, and took everything you had learned and poured it back into your community. And the results of that obedience still speak today.

While you were faithfully taking care of God’s business for three years, without a stipend or payment, God was taking care of yours.
He opened a perpetual door of favour and employment for you.

WHAT A GOD! WHAT A GOD! 🙌🏽🔥
And even now, on your days off, you continue to serve your community and Beresh*th faithfully. You give of yourself, your time and your experience because you understand that restoration is not just about what God has done for you — it is also about what He can now do through you.
The Lord continues to show Himself strong on your behalf, and I am extremely proud of you, my son. ❤️
