Happiness is a choice you decide to make. Love the life you have, release those happy hormones they're good for your mental health.
Be happy not because you have money, but be happy because you are alive, laugh and embrace life with all the challenges it has, it's all part of it, we growing.
Don't be boxed up by stress that will end up being depression, be a moving target, go outside, take a walk to the park, do brickfallz, go play marry-go-round, laugh and joke around with strangers talking about life, politics or sport.
Avoid isolating yourself and shutting everyone else out. Only isolate when doing soul-searching, reflection, re-planning and re-strategizing to re-implement your vision.
Other than that, have people around you, love your life, have fun, it's the only life you have, stop wrecking it with that ten thousand pound stress on your head, let that go and live a little

Youโve probably seen all the viral sensational squats videos, the โKing of Squatsโ, Nkululeko Dlamini, setting social media ablaze with videos of his bum perching exercises. But what many may not know is that, Nkululekoโs journey to global fitness fame began on the football pitch. He used to be a prolific striker back in the days.
Hailing from Ladysmith, South Africa, his football journey led him to Jomo Cosmos. With limited game time at Cosmos, he was loaned out to Umbelebele Jomo Cosmos in Eswatini, which was a sister team of Jomo Cosmos. In the , Nkululeko evolved into a formidable striker who terrorized defenses with his good blend of strength and speed.
During his time in Eswatini, he also had stints with Manzini Wanderers and Mbabane Highlanders. Today, as the โKing of Squatsโ, Nkululeko continues to inspire and motivate with his fitness prowess, proving that passion, dedication, and hard work can lead to greatness
This former teacher with a Bachelorโs degree in Education, has found his true passion in fitness, where he now dedicates his career to coaching and training women, helping them achieve their ideal body goals.

Everyday Life:

2. Boosts energy: Stretching increases blood flow and oxygenation to your muscles, giving you a natural energy boost.
3. Reduces stress: Stretching helps calm your mind and body, reducing stress and anxiety.

Listen up kids.... Sometimes, you have to S**U and lift heavy s**t if you want to get big.
If bodybuilding brought anything into my life, it was discipline, worth ethic, and hard headed pursuit of what I want.
Science guides our decisions. But it canโt do the work for you. Yes, some took steroids. But still showed up everyday at the gym now. I went the natural route from day one and still whoop the asses of 99.9% of pros. The drugs canโt do the work for you.

"Fake it till you make it" is the worst advice Iโve ever heard.
You shouldnโt fake it till you make it, because thatโs deception, fraud, delusional.
Rather, make it without faking it.
Iโve learnt that real leadership isnโt about pretending to have it all together, itโs about showing up as yourself, even when youโre uncertain.
Vulnerability and strength can, and do, coexist. It's how you open the door to learning and gaining more insight into what others fake and learn nothing from because they have to pretend they like "know-it-all."
