Last week, TRT Manufacturing reached an important milestone in its culture transformation journey. After months of listening, engaging and co-creating with our people, we proudly launched our culture programme, PULSE… We Beat As One.

The launch marked the beginning of a new chapter. Our Chairman, Adam Molai, reflected on the power of a culture shaped and owned by our people, while our Managing Director, Lawrence Kuveya, reminded us that the behaviours we choose every day are what drive sustainable performance.

Together, these reflections define what PULSE means to TRT Manufacturing.

Over the past few months, we asked ourselves: Who are we? What do we stand for? What behaviours will define us?

The answers came from our employees. Through open dialogue and meaningful engagement, we defined the behaviours that will guide how we lead, collaborate, innovate and deliver excellence every day.

From that journey emerged more than a name. It became our shared commitment: to who we are, how we work, and how we will shape the future together.

The launch was only the beginning. From this moment forward, PULSE is the way we lead, the way we collaborate, the way we innovate, and the way we manufacture. It is the heartbeat that will shape the future of TRT Manufacturing and the standard by which we will continue to grow, perform and succeed—together.

The Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF), held from 04 - 10 September 2025, is a key continental event aimed at boosting trade and investment across Africa. As a dynamic marketplace, it brings together a wide range of global and continental players, including buyers and sellers, to explore new business opportunities. The fair provides a crucial platform for B2B and B2G (Business-to-Government) exchanges, facilitating new partnerships and deals while also providing a space to share valuable market information and discuss solutions to challenges in intra-African trade.

The IATF is a comprehensive event that covers a broad spectrum of activities, from the Creative Industry to Automotives, and includes a robust program of seminars and workshops. It also highlights essential information on trade finance and facilitation from institutions like Afreximbank. TRT Manufacturing will be participating as an exhibitor, showcasing its capabilities and contributing to the fair's mission of fostering economic growth and African-led industrialization.

What a fantastic 2 days it's been at the Manufacturing Indaba! We've had incredibly productive discussions and made valuable connections.
