Every session is unique and every body responds differently, so if any of this sounds like you, you're in good company.

Some clients drift off to sleep; deep relaxation is common, and we simply carry on and let your body rest. Some snore, honestly one of our favourite sounds to hear. A few notice a gentle jolt on the edge of sleep. For some, a few unexpected tears surface as the body relaxes, and others feel nothing like that at all. And afterwards, the feedback we hear most: they feel lighter, calmer, more at ease.

What's an FTTR?

The one people ask about most...

FTTR is Facial Tension and Trauma Release, a slow, sensory, intentional experience for everything you hold in your face, head and hands.

It opens with a long, gentle cleanse. Warm facial steam and a cleansing balm to melt away impurities, then a soft foaming cleanser worked in with facial brushes, all bubble and softness on the skin. While the steam does its work, there's cuticle care, and warm cream-soaked socks so your feet are looked after too. An ozone steam follows, and a jelly mask brushed on slowly, soft against the skin.

Then the release...

Facial massage, scalp and head, a short neck and shoulder massage where the day collects. Natural Xiuyan stone combs draw through your hair, cool against the scalp, with a sound that quiets everything down. Bamboo sticks trace your face and scalp, light and slow. A little through the arms and hands.

And to close, a jaw release, worked gently from the inside, gloved, the way most places never reach.
