It’s an egg-citing journey, because let’s be real, you can never have too many chickens! In 2019 I became a chicken owner by surprise, three fluffy Pekin Bantam hens were gifted to me, and ready or not, I embraced the adventure! Perky Chicks: When is this guy ever going to sleep outside? This is Nugget! Night after night he sneaks in through the bathroom window to roost indoors! Clearly a house chicken at heart. Nugget just wants to crow a reminder to keep an eye on the auction this weekend!

Meet the newest roo-star to join the Perky Chicks flock! This is Scotty! One very happy chap, full of cuddles and always cluckin’ excited to see me. Fun fact: this fine feathered fella has some egg-stra Scottish roots-talk about a true Highland hen-tleman!

Perky Chicks: Now known as Nugget Cash, just look at this lucky little guy in his new coop! His mommy travelled far to fetch him, and he’s now egg-stremely happy, thriving with his new flock. This truly makes the heart cluck with joy!
