If you’ve been biting your nails for years, you might think beautiful, longer nails just aren’t possible for you… but they absolutely are! 🥰

My gorgeous client came to me yesterday with extremely short nails and no free edge at all due to years of nail biting. Rather than seeing that as a limitation, we saw it as the beginning of her nail-healing journey. 💕

I carefully built a free edge for her, giving her nails a beautiful shape and something to work towards while keeping her starting point realistic and achievable.

And the best part? This is only the beginning! 🙌

Within a week or two, she should have enough natural regrowth to start creating more length as her nails grow — and with continued care, patience and a little self-control, we can work towards stronger, healthier and longer natural nails. 🌱💅
