Produced from quality material. An initial three step process of extrusion which produces the sleeve or body of the tube, followed is through a injection mold machine which produces the head of the tube which the cap will screw onto. Then the process of joining the sleeve and head through a heating process which produces the desired tube.

The fourth component is that of a blow mold machine producing the cap either screw or flip as you require.
Then finally the printing and embossing of your brand on the tube.
