When the photographer gets photographed 📸✨

and I have shared a love for photography for many years. It’s always a little daunting photographing another photographer’s family, especially when they’re someone whose work you truly admire. At one stage we even dreamed about starting a business together… S&C Photography 🤍

I’ve always loved her creativity and eye for capturing moments so much that I trusted her to photograph my wedding day too. So while we were on their beautiful Sunflower Adventure, I was incredibly thankful that she captured a few special memories of my boys and I 🌻

Sometimes the people always behind the camera deserve to be in the frame too. 🫶🏼

🌻 it’s not everyday that you get to stand in a field of sunflowers with the Love of your life… 🌻

How do I even begin to describe these photos? Every time shares an idea for a family shoot, I already know it’s going to be something special — but this one was totally EPIC!! 🌻

We drove over an hour to find these breathtaking sunflower fields, waited patiently for golden hour, and honestly… it was worth every second. The laughter, the chaos, the love, the joy, everything came together so beautifully.

And yes… you counted right… FOUR kiddies 😅
A big, loud, fun-filled family with hearts full of love — my absolute favourite kind of session to photograph.
