Position Details

Job Title: Marketing Graduate Trainee
Start Date: 1 October 2025
Salary: USD $400 - $550 per month
Reporting To: General Manager
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for FlakeGlow's digital platform
- Manage social media presence across all platforms to increase brand awareness
- Create engaging content for marketing campaigns targeting both customers and service providers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the beauty and wellness industry
- Support the launch and promotion of new features and services
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and discount programs
- Assist in building partnerships with salons and individual service providers
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure marketing alignment with product features

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing with minimum 2.1 class honors
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mobile app marketing
- Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry
- Familiarity with graphic design software
- Understanding of local market dynamics in Zimbabwe
- Previous internship or project experience in marketing
