Morning gym sessions hit different. šŖš
While the world is still waking up, I'm already putting in the work. Every workout is a step closer to becoming stronger, healthier, and more disciplined. No excuses just consistency. Let's make today count!

Confession #07
Iām 22 years old and my life is already a mess. I have three boyfriends. Two of them are my baby daddies and neither of them works. Every month they come with excuses, promises, and empty pockets while Iām the one stressing about nappies, food, and rent. Sometimes I look at my life and wonder how I got here so fast.
Then thereās the third guy. He has a stable job, his own car, and he treats me like a queen. He thinks Iām serious about him, but honestly⦠I mostly stay because he helps me survive. He pays for groceries, sends me money when Iām short, and even buys things for my kids thinking one day weāll build a future together.
The worst part is I lie so much now it comes naturally. I save his name under a fake contact, delete chats every night, and make up stories about where Iāve been. Sometimes I leave one boyfriendās house and go straight to another acting innocent like Iām not exhausted from living double lives.
But deep down I know Iām hurting all of them, including myself. Iām constantly anxious, hiding my phone, panicking when someone calls at the wrong time. Some nights I cry after everyoneās asleep because I know this canāt last forever. Iām scared the employed one will eventually find out heās being used⦠and when he leaves, everything in my life might fall apart š

Confession #06
I was trusted with the stokvel money because everyone said I was responsible. But things got hard at home, bills piled up, and I kept telling myself Iād pay it back before anyone noticed. One withdrawal became another⦠now meetings are getting closer and my heart drops every time the phone rings. The worst part is acting normal around people who still trust me š

Confession #05
My grandfather wakes up every single night at exactly 2AM. No alarm. No noise. He just sits quietly outside staring into the darkness like heās waiting for something. Growing up, we thought it was normal⦠until one night I followed him.
I swear I heard him whispering to someone who wasnāt there. Since then, I avoid looking outside after midnight because sometimes I still hear voices near the gate š

Confession #04
āI ruined the best relationship of my life because I loved attention more than loyalty. I kept entertaining other people for validation, lied about small things until they became big things, and now I stalk their profile pretending I moved on. The worst part? They still think the breakup was their fault.ā

Confession #03
āI just turned 21, and somewhere along the way things between me and my stepfather crossed a line I never expected. What started as harmless conversations turned into something deeper, and now I feel trapped between guilt and excitement. Living under the same roof makes everything intense and secretive⦠to the point where Iāve started thinking maybe I should move out so we can stop hiding and have space for whatever this really is. Part of me knows people would judge us harshly, but another part of me feels attached in a way I canāt explain. I donāt even know if Iām making the biggest mistake of my life. Sorry mom"

Confession #2
I never believed in money rituals before, but when I lost my job and couldnāt provide for my family, I became desperateš©.
A man I met promised me wealth beyond imagination. He gave me a small black bag and warned me never to open it. He said every evening I must feed it a few drops of chicken blood, and in return, money would keep coming.
At first, it worked. Money appeared mysteriously. Business improved. I bought things I could never afford before. But after a few weeks, the bag started moving at night. I heard hissing sounds coming from inside.
One evening curiosity defeated me. I opened the bag⦠and inside was a small snake staring straight at me.
I was terrified, but the man warned me that if I stopped feeding it, everything would disappear. So I continued. But the snake kept growing bigger and more aggressive. Soon, chicken blood was no longer enough.
Every night I hear it scratching and hissing. Last night, I woke up with cuts on my arm and blood on my bedsheets. Now the snake wants more⦠more blood. Iām scared because I feel like I invited something evil into my life, and I donāt know how to escape it anymore.

Confession #01
Admin please post for me..
Iām 38 years old, married to a man every woman stares at when he walks into a room. Tall, handsome, confident⦠and blessedš in ways I thought only existed in movies and gossip groups. At first, it felt exciting. I used to brag about him to my friends without saying too much. But nobody tells you that sometimes ātoo much of a good thingā becomes exhausting.
I love my husband deeply, but our bedroom became a battlefield between passion and fear. Every time he touched me, I already knew I was about to prepare myself mentally like someone going into war. And the worst part? He enjoys it. He thinks the way I gasp and squirm means Iām having the time of my life, while sometimes Iām internally praying for strength.
One night still haunts me.
We had started the deed and within minutes I panicked. I kissed him, smiled, then whispered, āBaby, let me quickly use the bathroom.ā He nodded, completely unaware that I grabbed my handbag, got into my car, and drove all the way to the mall.
I sat in that parking lot shaking.
Then I came up with the wildest lie of my life.
I called him and said, āMy aunt lost her house key. I had to rush with her to the locksmith.ā
This man believed me.
Meanwhile I was sitting at the food court eating fries, trying to recover emotionally and physically while women walked past me carrying shopping bags. I remember staring at a couple laughing near the escalator and thinking, āThese people have no idea what Iām surviving.ā
Now hereās my problemā¦
Part of me has actually thought about finding another woman to āassistā me in the bedroom sometimes. Not because I donāt love my husband , I do. But because Iām tired. The idea entered my mind after joking with my best friend one day, and now it wonāt leave.
But Iām also insanely jealous.
The thought of another woman touching him makes my chest burn. I canāt even stand when cashiers smile too long at him. So how would I survive watching another woman near my husband on purpose?
Sometimes I lie awake wondering if Iām crazy.
I want help⦠but I also want him all to myself.
So now Iām stuck between love, fear, exhaustion, and jealousy , all because I married a venda man whose āgiftāš came with responsibilities nobody warned me about.
