RECIPE

Serves 4

Ingredients:
1. EMOTHION CAPSULES X4
2. 1 Mango peeled, seeded & sliced
3. 1 Banana, sliced
4. 1 Cup of vanilla yoghurt
5. 1 Cup of milk

STEP 1 : In a blender, add sliced mango, sliced banana, a cup of vanilla yoghurt and a cup of milk

STEP 2: Take 4 EMOTHION antioxidant capsules, twist open each capsule and pour the powder to the ingredients in step 1. Then throw away the empty capsule shell. (👉🏽 see slide on how to open capsule )

STEP 3: Blend all the ingredients together

STEP 4: Pour into a glass, add a straw & Voila!
