(っ◔◡◔)っ ♥ CELEBRATION TIME! ♥

My wellness journey started in January 2021. Now only two weeks short from 2 years, I am celebrating. I have so much to celebrate, but one of my biggest achievements is my weight loss.

20 𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙬𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙨 to be exact! Not all of you might think this is a big achievement over two years, but for me it is! And the wonderful thing is that because I changed my lifestyle, I did not gain the weight again! Yes there was months that I didn't loose anything - so what! I am healthy, I feel so much better about myself. My VERY low self esteem has improved and I feel good!

I could not have embarked on this journey without friends and family that kept on supporting me. I want to thank you all! Oh and watch this space because I am not done yet! ♥️

How did I do it, you may ask - I had to change my mindset and my perspective about myself - I am worth it - I am loved - I am beautiful. Secondly I had to change my eating habits (OK I still struggle a bit with this - we are all just human😀 😜) and thirdly, but definitely not last I was introduced to the most wonderful gifts of the earth - my essential oils.
